the most personalized and attentive service possible.
Even though you may not be able to walk into one of our
stores, we would like you to feel as though you have
the opportunity to benefit from the full shopping experience.
For this reason, we would like you to call one of our expert sales associates
to discuss the items you have seen on our website as well as to ask their
opinion regarding the style, color and sizing that is most appropriate for
your child. Our sales associates will act as your personal shopper. They
will provide you with a description of other items we have in stock and that
may not be pictured on the website. If you so desire, they can also send
you accessories such as socks and tights
to match the outfits that you are interested in.

To complete the transaction, we require your name, a major credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Diners), the card’s billing address (for verification purposes), your telephone number and the shipping details (name of recipient, shipping address).
Shipping
Details
We use UPS for all of our shipments.
However, if you have an account with another shipper, we will
gladly use your shipper.
For our UPS shipments, the cost varies depending on size and weight of the
package, shipping address and type of service. Below is an approximate estimate
of pricing:
For boxes under 5 pounds
- UPS Ground: $15
- UPS 2nd Day: $35
- UPS Next Day: $45
- UPS Next Day with Saturday Delivery: $55
For boxes between 5 and 30 pounds
- UPS Ground: $25
- UPS 2nd Day: $45
- UPS Next Day: $65
- UPS Next Day with Saturday Delivery: $75
Please note that we only ship within the 50 continental United States.
Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery of certain Party and Special Occasion
dresses.
Return
Policy
Our return policy is store credit only. However, if you reside far away from our boutique locations and you are not able to come into the store to view the item(s), we will allow a refund. In this case (website orders only), you have 2 weeks from the date your shipment is sent from our store to return merchandise for a full merchandise refund (shipping cost will not be refunded). Beyond this 2 week timeframe, you can return the merchandise for a Store Credit only.
Please note that we will only accept merchandise for exchange or return, if the merchandise is sent back in its original condition, with the tags still attached and with a copy of your receipt enclosed.
This return policy, as stated above, is applicable ONLY to orders placed through our website. Purchases made at our retail locations are not refundable and exchanges are subject to conditions listed on the receipt. We are sorry but website sales shipped to New York City, Long Island and Palm Beach areas are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
