How to Place an Order

Our site is for informational purposes only.  Purchases can be made by contacting one of our Personal Shoppers either by:

The personal shopper will be able to provide you with more details on the brands and sizes we carry as well as suggest specific items that may suit your needs.  She will search through our entire inventory to find that special piece for you and may send you images of items that match what you're looking for.

You can communicate via phone or email. Once you have made your selection, we will request that you fill out our Phone/Email Order Authorization Form asking for your credit card number, expiration date and security code.  We will also need your name and the billing and mailing addresses.  For your protection, we cannot take any credit card information over the phone. Your card will be charged in one of our boutiques and the receipt will be mailed to you. 

How to Send a Gift

Sending a gift from Spring Flowers is a wonderful way to show someone special your appreciation. 

Simply contact one of our Personal Shoppers, who will pick out the perfect item for your gift giving occasion. You can contact them by:

Once you have decided on an item, we will request that you fill out our Phone/Email Order Authorization Form to obtain your name and credit card details as well as the billing and shipping addresses.

We will include a personalized hand-written note with your gift and wrap your purchase beautifully in our signature box and organza ribbon at no extra charge.

Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Important information about payment: For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

Your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed that we have your item in stock and are ready to ship it to you.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in New York and Florida.

Shipping

Shipments to the continental United States

We ship your order via UPS, one of the largest and most reliable shippers in the world. 

Most orders will be shipped by the next business day.  For same day overnight shipping, please call (561) 832-0131 and one of our Personal Shoppers will rush the order for you, if possible.

The following is an approximate pricing guideline depending on the level of service.  Your personal shopper will inform you how much your specific shipment will cost.

  • Ground (5-7 business days): $20
  • 2nd Day: $45
  • Next Day PM: $65
  • Next Day AM: $85
  • Next Day Saturday Delivery: $135

An adult signature is required on all parcels over $300 in value.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery of certain Party and Special Occasion Dresses. 

International Shipments

We ship internationally to a variety of countries using secure and insured delivery from the United States Postal Service.  Depending on the level of service, your delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 10 days.  Please note that due to paperwork and credit card security checks, it may take up to 5 business days before your item is shipped.

Please be sure a person is able to receive the package at the delivery address as a signature will be required at delivery.

International orders vary in price depending on the level of service and the destination. Please ask your Personal Shopper for specific shipping costs related to your order.
All duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation.  The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.  Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.  If you have any questions please email order@SpringFlowersChildren.com for more details.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, please contact one of our personal shoppers by:

Please provide your name, telephone number or email address, the name on the mailing address if different, and the date of purchase so that we may be able to track down your package.  The personal shopper will get back to you as soon as possible with the details.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is Store Credit only.  However, if you reside far away from our boutique locations and you are not able to come into the store to view the item(s), we will allow a refund to your credit card. In this case (phone/email orders only), you have 30 calendar days from your order date to return merchandise for a full merchandise refund (shipping cost will not be refunded).  Beyond this 30 day timeframe, we will not issue either a refund or Store Credit.

Please note that we will only accept merchandise for exchange or return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be packaged carefully
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and as new
  • Shoe boxes must not be used as packaging.  Shoes and their original shoe box(es) must be returned in new condition for a refund or exchange to apply
  • All labels and tags must remain attached to the item
  • A copy of the receipt must be included with the returnIf you do not have a copy of your receipt, we will not be able to issue a refund, only a Store Credit.

Spring Flowers reserves the right to refuse returned items that we believe are not in their original condition.

We do not take responsibility for items that don't arrive. Please use a secure service.

Special Orders, Special Items and Personalized items

Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale only.

Important:  Spring Flowers will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above.

Final Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise.

Spring Flowers Store Credit

A Store Credit is redeemable in all of our retail locations.  We are sorry but they are not redeemable online at this time.  Store Credits do not have expiration dates.

How to Make a Return/Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange any items you purchased via the telephone or over email, please pack the unused item in its original packaging, and ship to:

Please include in your shipment your original receipt as well as your contact details such as your telephone number so that we can reach you in the event that we have a question about your return.  Please also indicate if you would like to return or exchange the item.  In the event of an exchange, please let us know the size and/or style you would like exchange your item for. 

Please obtain a tracking number for your shipment so that you are able to track it in the event that we do not receive it.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Please note that your package must be postmarked within 30 days of your original order date.  Items received after that time cannot be issued either a refund or a Store Credit.

Whether an item will be issued a refund or a Store Credit will depend on the conditions stated in our Return Policy section above.

This return policy, as stated above, is applicable ONLY to orders placed through our website. Purchases made at our retail locations are not refundable and exchanges are subject to conditions listed on the receipt. We are sorry but website sales shipped to New York City, Long Island and South Florida (incl. Palm Beach) areas are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  NO REFUNDS.
